Welcome to burlington

Burlington, Ontario, with its population of 183,000, is ranked by Maclean’s Magazine as Canada’s best community and best place to raise a family. Burlington is close to major transportation, to the cities of Hamilton and Toronto and to the U.S. border. A glistening city with the UNESCO world biosphere reserve Niagara Escarpment in it’s backyard and Lake Ontario in the front yard. Aldershot is a community in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Located on the shore of Burlington Bay of Lake Ontario, it is a former unincorporated village that was previously a part of East Flamborough Township until it was annexed by the city of Burlington in 1962.

Roseland is an established community within the City of Burlington. Roseland has, throughout its history, been characterized by a variety of fine homes, mature trees, and an interesting pattern of streets with boulevards. It is a healthy community environment where both residents and visitors walk, ride bikes, and walk their dogs.This neighbourhood has a special ambiance and heritage to be both enjoyed and protected.


While many of the homes built in the early 1950’s have remained in their original form, there have been many changes to the homes, lots and streets in the area since the 1950’s. The streets have been upgraded with some being resurfaced with curbing and sidewalks. The lots themselves have remained predominantly intact with most maintaining in their original size with the exception of the lots along Lakeshore Drive which have been the subject of severances.

The Orchard

The Orchard is a community located in north Burlington, Ontario, north of Upper Middle Road, south of Dundas Street between Burloak Drive and Appleby Line. Ideally located, the Orchard is seconds from Bronte Provincial Park, minutes from the QEW highway to the south; a few more minutes south to the shores of Lake Ontario;and also minutes from the 407 toll highway to the north.
