Roseland is a beautiful, historic area bordering Lake Ontario. The neighbourhood dates back to 1923 and is one of the most expensive areas in Burlington—and for good reason. It features wide boulevards, lots of green space, lakeside lookouts and waterfront trails. Roseland also has some of Burlington’s most sought-after schools, including John T. Tuck Elementary School. Locals flock each winter to the dazzling light displays at The Christmas House on Spruce Street. Roseland runs between Guelph Line and Walker’s Line to the east and west along Lakeshore Road New Street forms the northern border.
